Liverpool City Region Combined Authority in partnership with Halton Borough Council will see the creation of new segregated Footway & cycle lane from Runcorn Station to Percival Lane.
The Main scope of works is the construction of a reinforced embankment, Surface Water Drainage, Footway & Cycleways, Street Lighting & Landscaping.
