We have been in the recruitment business for 12 years, opening our Head Office in St Helens in 2012, further expanding our reach to Manchester and Birmingham due to recent years of growth. Heeney Civils Limited has provided Labour to the construction industry across various Trades and Skill bases. We pride ourselves on completing contracts safely, to budget and on time.
