Office/Recruitment Administrator

We are a busy civils construction labour agency based in St Helens, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced working environment and is confident dealing with construction operatives, site managers and clients.

Alongside supporting the day-to-day running of the office, you will play an important part in the end-to-end recruitment process for construction labour.

Required Experience

  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage varied daily tasks
  • Confident communicator with the ability to speak with operatives, clients and management both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative
  • Comfortable with the practical, fast-paced nature of construction recruitment
