Amy first joined the Heeney Civils team in August 2024 as Office Manager, quickly making a significant impact across the business. Bringing a fresh perspective, she introduced new systems, streamlined processes, and drove operational improvements that enhanced efficiency and communication. Her ability to balance structure with innovation has helped strengthen the company’s foundations and support its ongoing growth.
Her dedication to future-proofing the business, alongside her proactive approach to leading innovation, made the decision to appoint Amy to the Board of Directors a natural one.
